Very pleased with my new chair
The chair appears to be more solidly built, or at least, better engineered than previous office chairs that I have purchased through the years. So far it seems durable. The only negative I have is that three holes were not drilled properly at the factory. Rather than waiting a long period for a replacement chair, I redrilled the holes myself and continued with the assembly.

I was disappointed at first because It looked black in color instead of the chocolate brown I saw in the ad. But it is brown. Just not the deep chocolate brown that would have matched the desk and room like the photo in the ad. Other than that it is of very good quality and I am happy with it.
