Worked good for me. Does spray a strong stream when fully pressed. If you press down lightly you get a very manageable stream if you wanted to apply it to a Q tip or some gauze. Used it for ear piercing. I was able to spray a small amount directly on my earlobe and Q tip no problems.

I purchased this as aftercare for my piercings. It works well and does not sting when applied. The one I bought does not contain lidocaine, so you don't get that weird numbing that happens with other brands. The spray is quite aggressive, so be careful until you get used to it.

Great wound cleaner the only thing I can say bad about it is when you first go to use the can the cleaner its hard to get it to spray due to shipping and when it does spray it sprays out alot of the cleaner and its under pressure so it comes out very fast and hard.
