Wet face, apply to hand then work into a lather and massage gently onto face, rinse thoroughly and pay dry. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 use daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce usage to once a day or every other day. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor. Sensitivity Test: Apply product sparingly to a small affected area for the first 3 days/ If no discomfort occurs, follow directions above.

You repeatedly send me surveys about orders, without specifying WHICH order you're asking about. I purchase Oxy as one of my two orders on October 10. This part of the order was OK, and the product is very good. My previous responses were about my other order, for Premier Protein Cookies %26 Cream Protein Shake. You sent me Cake Batter instead, which I didn't want and didn't order. After waiting for the order to arrive - a day late, but that's OK - I lost out on the sale and got a product that I can't use. And it was a big hassle to get a refund for WALMART'S MISTAKE. I didn't change my mind, you just sent the wrong thing. Very disappointed...
