Safe and solid. A great buy.

I've been through a few harnesses, trying to find one that is comfortable for him, and safe for me. Crafty fellow pulls out of all the others when he thinks I'm not moving fast enough. This one's a keeper. It's strong and a great color with reflection strips, and, .. so far, he hasn't found his way out of it. At last we're both happy to go walkies.
