I mean, it's paper. If you need it because you want to print something or, like me, you want to give a team to your kids for doodling, it can't be beat. Does what it's supposed to, and haven't had issues. I've never eaten it, so can't comment on the flavor.I've also never used it as toilet or tissue paper so softness is out. I don't wrap things with it, but I suppose you could if you are down with plain white color. I don't bake on it, since it's not parchment. I have rolled it, but for craft purposes only.
