Toilet Seat Cover Fish Blue 17''

This toilet seat is beautifully made but is round, despite being advertised as oval. I have been in contact with the supplier and they were unable to tell me if the toilet seat came in a different shape, or if they could exchange the product I ordered for the correct shape. They just kept telling me to wait for someone to answer a simple question, “does this toilet seat come in a different shape and can I exchange it if so”. The customer service from this supplier is very poor. When I called their number, a “security guard” answered the phone and told me to call back in 3 days, I called on a Friday before 12pm, so I wasn't sure why I had to call back on Monday. Via email the company wanted me to purchase a separate shipping label to return the product, despite having the option to return the product through Walmart for free. Even though the product is being shipped back to them, they are not willing to issue a refund until they can “inspect” the product I was never able to use :/ I am worried I won't get my refund despite all of my efforts to work it out with the supplier. This morning received an email from the supplier saying I shouldn't have returned my product through Walmart, and that I should've continued to wait for them to tell me what to do. I will not purchase form this company again.
