I just began taking this for macular degeneration. Advised by my Drs. i looked for least expensive generic for Areds. contains exact ingredients needed. u must take 2 per day so price in this economy very important. it comes as a football shaped easily swallowed capsule. i will continue to buy to prevent blindness from this diagnosis as longvas possible. difficult to care for yourself alone if u go blind.
