A badly made, unusable backpack

This backpack is very poorly made. My son has only been using it for about two weeks and I can already see I'm going to have to find a replacement. The zipper keeps going off track and splits open so the bag won't stay closed. The adjustable straps loosen and slide through the adjuster until the straps are at maximum length, which is way too big for my elementary school-aged son. I used safety pins to hold the straps in place because it was getting uncomfortable and frustrating for him to carry. The seams are unevenly sewn and there are threads sticking out the sides of the backpack. Overall, just not good value even for the modest price I paid for it.
