My Calico cat loves the warmth of this. I did add a layer of thick fluffy blanket over it so she'd lay on it. The cord is the best I've seen on any electrical pet product, and I've bought many. The reinforced electrical cord, controller with six pet approved settings, and 4 time settings on this product make it very worthwhile. Thanks for a great product!

We needed something to help our adopted stray cats to stay warm on the back porch. We have been using our old heating pad but now have adopted another stray. I was happy to buy a heating pad that had been tested on cats. The only thing I don't like is we want it to stay on continuously I have to check every day it's on 24 hrs otherwise it shuts off. The older cat does come back and sleeps in the daytime. I want to keep it warm for her.

Perfect for pets! I highly recommend!!
I feed feral cats (12-15) and I have had a large cat house on my deck for 3 years but the cats have ignored it. I tried taping a regular heating pad to one end but I had to go outside every hour to turn it back on and the cats still ignored it. After I bought this heated blanket I have had a minimum of 2 cats sleep in the big house every night and I can set it for one of 4 heat settings and from 1-24 hours. I have one cat that has arthritis and she loves it. It isn't quite long enough for the controls to be inside my house so I put it in a zip lock bag and taped the edges to make sure when it raines the controls stay dry and I had to do the same thing with the plug but I can see through the plastic bag to reset the controls when I need to. I highly recommend this blanket for pets!! May God Bless
