Question: Battery is fully charged and the display is working, why won’t the scooter start after kickstart?

Answer: Please try to push it with your feet to get it started and then push down the throttle lever.

Question: Can I turn off a kick to start like you can with the regular S2?

Answer: Sorry, you can't. S2 Lite does not have the function.

Question: Will the battery last for a 6-mile hiking trail?

Answer: It depends on weight and road conditions. Fewer hills and fewer braking will help with saving power.

Question: Can I work in this as a Uber eat delivery?

Answer: It depends on Uber if they let you : ) It goes 11 miles with a full charge, so we don't feel it can be used as a Uber eat delivery.

Question: Why isn't my scooter going higher than 6 mph?

Answer: It can reach 13mph in Sport Mode. You can switch it to Sport Mode by double-clicking the button on the screen. If it would not work, can you please contact our Hiboy Support Team and advise the weight and road conditions?

Answer: They are shock-absorbing honeycomb solid tires.

Answer: We don't recommend to use in rainy days.

Answer: It is max. 220 lbs, however, the travel range will be decreased with 180+ lbs weight.
