I loved the tires but customer service was horrible the worst. The lady was rude, the check up took more than 40 min and when asked just to give me the tires and i would take them to be installed she got upset and she decided to bring them to me and throw them on the floor vs placing them inside my car. I had to lift them. The good think i was not disabled or even old to pick them up. Worst customer service ever.

I spent a long time researching all-season tires for my suv. A local company quoted me almost $600 for two (including install %26 disposal). I went with Walmart, for practically half the price. I ordered the tires, set up an installation date/time and prepaid. Communication was great, letting me know when the tires arrived at the location. The staff was kind and welcoming, and let me know by text when they had finished. As an older single woman I appreciate good service without eye rolls when I ask questions.
