Love love love this, I have pretty bad back and neck pain almost daily. I only use this when I feel a really need to. It heats and rotates at whatever mode you'd like. Low, medium, high and overall works very well. The buttons on mine seems to be kinda hard to press but that's my only complaint. Type C charger to charge!
