What I was looking for

Was looking for cheap long ponchos, and this fits the bill. I like the snaps instead of it going over my head. Fits a women's xl with layers, and up to a men's Xl….but men's xl broad shoulders are a much tighter fit. It just a cheap plastic, slightly see-through poncho. This is not high quality, but I don't need that so this is just right for our needs.

Good rain cover with pockets and a drawstring hood, both of which are really important. Also important is that it is loose fitting so it easily comes on and off underlying clothing.

The raincoats are a comfortable fit. I like the hood %26 the snaps. Its also a good length %26 seems thick enough to avoid tearing.
