Good but not Great

This is a good desk for the price. The wood color and finish aren't quite as rich as I'd hoped based on the manufacturer's photos. On the plus side, there aren't any orange/red undertones that some inexpensive midcentury-style pieces seem to have. As other reviewers have stated, the drawers are not on metal glides. They pull out fine and don't stick, but it's just not a smooth glide. I can also confirm that the desk is wobbly. I'm assuming that's because there are no braces on the legs. We're going to secure it to the wall so it won't be an issue for us, but it would be annoying for regular use without that correction. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. The desk is perfect for a tween's bedroom, has clean lines, and isn't cost-prohibitive.

Lightweight, no drawer glides

Super easy to assemble (just screw on legs), but very lightweight, felt like it would break in half. The drawers have no metal drawer glides, which was a big no for me.
