The best form magnesium I've ever used.

I've been taking magnesium citrate, but it doesn't do much for me. I get leg cramps at night, and magnesium citrate doesn't help with that at all. This Pure Magnesium Glycinate is great. After taking it, I don't get leg cramps anymore. It sometimes helps me fall asleep, but not as quickly as melatonin does. Taking this magnesium glycinate, I feel much more energetic and less anxious, so I think it's working for me.

I am 59-years old and I have been taking magnesium glycinate for years to help with nerve pains throughout my body and sleep. This brand and dose has worked best for me; this is the 1st time trying this brand and the higher dose. I have been taking it for about one week and it is the best ever. I have severe insomnia and I take 2 pills around 9 p.m. to help me to stop the nighttime pains in my legs and to shut my body down before 1 a.m., and yes, it works wonderfully.
