Exceeded our expectations

In one word wow! This generator met and overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations. First off it arrived in great shape. The set up was easy and the instructions crystal clear. We went through our break in period today and then a few hours later our power went out. So we were able to have our whole house up and running with no problem at all. We were surprised that there is no way to pull start. But since it includes a battery tender that seems to solve that problem. Very happy with our purchase and the tech help line has been wonderful too.

XP16000 Outstanding

I own the XP12000 dual fuel which works well, but I decided to upgrade. The XP16000 appears to be a great unit. I’m 67 years old and it was not too hard to uncrate, but would be better with two people. Set up is simple, the addition of the remote start fob and battery tender is a wonderful idea. The manual needs a little work, adding part numbers and a correction to the storage instructions. Hooking up to my propane system was easy and starting the unit went off without a hitch. I’m excited to put the XP16000 to the test next power outage.
