I'm happy with this printer, because I have sent 2 back to Amazon already, the epson was not smart phone compatible and the other had bad print quality. Even though this one is a converted epson, it was easy to set up with my phone and I like the quality of prints! On the bad side the mug heater did not have a power cord and one of the mugs was shattered in the box. Can't win them all, I guess!
