Best Friends by Sheri Original Calming Donut Dog Bed, Gray, XL, 45"

This bed has really helped my rescue doggo. She is afraid of every noise and this is giving her a soft, safe place to be when she gets too upset.

I purchased the size large bed in taupe. It was roomy enough for our lanky standard poodle but still cozy too. The large hound we were pet sitting believes that it was roomy enough for two large dogs as pictured. However our poodle obviously begs to differ! The bed looks upscale and luxurious in our living room. The taupe color looks good with everything. The fabric is actually black with the shag fiber being the lighter taupe color. This contrast gives it depth and texture making the dog bed actually look like an accent piece in our living room decor. Really apreciate the two zippers on the cover; one for the main cushion and one for the outer ring cushion. This makes it very easy to remove the padding in order to wash the bed. Our poodle was a little dissapointed with the amount of padding. She said, " It's just meh". She wouldn't even use it until I added additional stuffing to it with some extra dog blanket throws I already had. To be fair, our dog sleeps on our bed and gets on the couches. So it would be hard for a dog bed to compete with that. But after adding more stuffing and then placing it on top of my 36" mini trampoline, this piece was elevated both literally and figuratively. It now meets our poodle's rigorous standards for both luxury and comfort!
