Broken items

Ordered 4 stools. Assembled the first stool without any problems. As we went to assemble the 2nd stool the side piece was broken. Walmart made us return the assembled stool and all of the remaining pieces and we now have to wait 1-2 weeks for a refund. Terrible customer service and the product is poorly made.
