So far sogood

We have had this cleaner for six months and it works very good. Runs for about 4 hours in floor only mode. Our pool maintenace company cleans the walls every week. The rating is based on six months of weekly usage and also that it does not get hung up on the drain and deep line covers. Our previous robot(another brand) was highly rated by Youtube reviewers but only lasted 1.5 years. It also would get stuck on drain covers for up to 30 seconds. I have an Allstate extended warranty which covers the vacuum until November 2029 and it was quite inexpensive.

Excellent Customer Service

The customer service was outstanding. This was a replacement unit. The first unit would not communicate with the App for some reason. In less than a week, AIPER worked with me to exchange the item at their shipping expense. The replacement unit works as advertised. When using the extra filter, the unit will pop a wheely when going into the deep end. But it corrects itself and continues cleaning. I consider this a minor issue, and it does not occur when the normal filter is used.

Great alternative to spending $1000

Had a $1600 Dolphins that was about 4 years old decide to stop working. So I was in the market for a pool vac, wanted a cordless one, and didn't want to spend another $1500 on one. Read some reviews on this one and decided to give it a shot. So far in out Florida saltwater pool it's been amazing. Cleans the sides and bottom better than the unit 5x its cost. It doesn't have the app and AI and blah blah, it's a vacuum that cleans the pool, I hardly think AI is necessary to do that. Lightweight, grabs everything from the bottom and sidewalls/tile line, and the pool looks great. Would absolutely recommend.
