One star for assembly as I had to bend some of the pieces to get holes to line up and one for the table top never did. It's sturdy enough without the one though. Otherwise--couldn't be happier. It created the cutest little "breakfast nook" by my bedroom window.

Horrible assembly

The assembly of this item was horrible! All the pre-drilled holes were drilled incorrectly. My son had to come and modify all the holes so it could be put together. If I had not already thrown the boxes away I would have returned it. So unless you are good at modifying screw holes don't buy this item
