Farberware Classic Series 3 qt Stainless Steel Straining Saucepan with Lid

Cook and drain in one pan with this 3 qt Farberware Classic Series stainless steel straining saucepan. The included lid is designed to work with the pan's built-in pour spouts, so you can heat and then pour off water without reaching for a separate colander. Keep the lid closed for covered cooking, then align it with the pour spouts when it's time to strain. Two spout shapes handle different jobs: a shallow, wide spout for draining small items like orzo or peas, and a deep, narrow spout better suited to larger shapes like bow tie pasta or new potatoes. Underneath, a full cap base with a thick aluminum core surrounded by stainless steel carries heat across the pan, while the mirror-finished stainless steel exterior and phenolic handle keep the look classic and the grip steady for everyday stovetop tasks.
