This is great product. The flavor is subtle not over powering. I need extra electrolytes and these don't give me everything BUT they help. They make it easy to keep hydrated as well. Especially if you don't like "water". Very easy to use. Just open pkg and pour into bottle or glass. It does have a slightly cloudy color but other than that it's basically clear.
