Each piece was well wrapped and packed to insure there was no damage in shipping. Delivery was pretty quick. All the pieces were included and in excellent condition. Be sure to follow directions and you should have a quick assembly. Sitting in the chair is comfortable—the material is smooth and firm. My bar is 30inch and these stools are 26inch and it looks perfectly fine. I bought two but I should've gotten four. Don't over think it, just get em! In 2nd picture— when securing the seat be sure to screw the bottom screws before top.
