Good taste

I use this as, hopefully, and in 'Faith'..., as one cannot verify the ingredients, as an healthier choice of cooking oils. Be careful not to leave olive oil heating alone at high heat. Olive oil will heavily smoke if left alone on high heat without food being cooked. Remember too, ALL oils have a potential to 'flame' if left alone on high heat. If this happens, place cover on cooking pot/pan, etc., and turn off heat. DO NOT EVER throw water on hot oils!
