I usually tend to stray from box color - but this product is exceptional!! I pull red when I dye my hair blonde- this has just enough ash tone to it to cancel out the red/orange without making my hair blue/green. And- it's under $4! My hair feels great and not straw like. Love this stuff

I could not find this color, and had to use something else for awhile (not happy). I called the company and they said it was back (new formula) Yeh!! It starts out a little on the dark side but after a few washes it lightens to the right shade. I have about 1/4 gray hair, left it on for 45 min. and got excellent coverage with no damage. Only wish I could buy it over the counter.

I've been dying my hair for years and this is by far my favorite product. I've tried more expensive brands but always come back to color silk because it makes my hair feel great and this color always gets me lots of compliments. I can't say enough good things about this.
