Sweeter vinegar flavor, not so harsh on the throat

I have misting bottles for both olive oil and balsamic vinegar to spray on a salad, but I found the balsamic was irritating to my throat. Rice vinegar is less irritating, plus it has zero calories (15 for balsamic) and zero carbs (2g for balsamic). There wasn't much of a different in calories and carbs, but rice vinegar tastes sweeter, and is less harsh on my throat. This rice vinegar tastes the same as what I had in the spray bottle, so it will work as well: sweeter taste, and less harsh on the throat. Oil and vinegar (water) don't mix, and shaking them up in a bottle to then pour has them separate on the salad; however, the misting sprayers leave an even coat of each on the salad, and the oil and vinegar don't separate much (and if they do then it is over a much smaller area of the tiny droplets). Rice vinegar is cheaper than balsamic, and this brand is cheaper than the other brands of rice vinegar, but I doubt I could tell the difference in taste between the rice vinegars. I'm not a wine connoisseur, either. I like the sweeter taste, but some folks might prefer the stronger taste of balsamic. This was a first-time purchase, and this will stay on my grocery shopping wish list.

Mizkan Natural rice vinegar is very good

I've used other rice vinegars but Mizkan is my favorite. I mainly use it on salads. Use your imagination.
