Microwave Cooking: 1. Remove lid and seasoning pouch. 2. Pour seasoning pouch into cup and add water to fill line inside of cup. 3. Stir until seasoning mix is dissolved. 4. Microwave uncovered on high 3-1/2 minutes. 5. Let stand for at least 1 minute in microwave - until rice is tender and cup is cool enough to handle. Stir. Caution: Cup and contents will be extremely hot. Microwave ovens vary in rate of heating; cooking time may be different. Do not reuse cup. Additional space included in cup to prevent product from boiling over. Do not leave microwave unattended.

My Fav but Watch the Microwave

The cups are handy but I will tell you what I do. I place it in a different container that is larger. Otherwise, there is no way, not with my microwave, to keep it from boiling over after less than 1.5 minutes. These are really great for a snack and sometimes I pour two cups into another container. The same goes for many other products in microwave cups. I either have a choice of watching the microwave, opening the door, waiting some moments, closing the door, let it cook a few seconds, open the door and so on, to prevent boil over. OR, placing it in another container that is larger. The food itself is wonderful.

instead of getting the pans and dishes dirty and kitchen messy to make rice a roni just peal lid off fill up with water to the line put in microwave for 3 minutes (stir with water before) take it out stir it up let it sit for 5 minutes and grab a fork or spoon
