Nice style and function except for one thing

I bought several of this item in both bronze and chrome for throughout a new home. The style is great and goes with the other Voss fixtures. The only thing that would make them 5 stars is if there were left and right handed versions so you could decide which way you wanted the opening of the ring to face.

Looks great but gold wears off

Three issues: 1). Socket screw is not packaged properly. It is tiny and and it is often comes out of the bag and is lost. 2) Gold color wears off with minor scrapes. 3) Customer service phone response is 2-3 days. For the price, quality and service shouls be better.
