I have been using this for about 4 weeks, every other day for 8 minutes (per their instructions. ) . Very easy to use, can be done while watching TV. After about 2 weeks of use I noticed a significant decrease in hair that I had to pull from my shower drain which is VERY encouraging! I did my research, there is definite peer reviewed scientific evidence that laser therapy is effective to prevent hair loss. There is not much evidence for effectiveness of oral supplements like nutrafol and they are expensive so don't waste your money. This device is effective and a good value.

I have been losing my hair since having a stressful summer of hospitals and surgeries, it's gotten to the point that I've had to cut it very short as it's so thin now. I saw this on a YT video from a dermatologist and decided to try it out. So far so good, it's only been one week but the ease of use of 8 minutes three times a week sold me. I will update my review in 3 months.
