The band on this watch was nylon, so it could go on a small to a larger wrist. The numbers are easy to read, and with any one out there who wants to learn military time. Those numbers are on their to. When I sent it, it was a hour later I pressed the setting deal in . Which I already did. Only to find the watch has a light.
