Crock-Pot Programmable 6-Quart Slow Cooker with Sous Vide, Oat Milk

We thought a Crockpot that would do sous vide would be a great appliance. And, it is! Our slow cookers on the "low' setting will make the liquid boil...they're too hot many times. With Crockpot with sous vide we can cook at the exact temperature we want. We like sous vide cooked food and the Crockpot with sous vide did an excellent job. The only thing I would suggest to Crockpot is that you consider making a smaller version for this unit. A smaller unit would be ideal for those who are cooking for 2.

This equipment is wonderful. I have used it as a crock pot and a sous vide so far and I have had wonderful results. I was pretty confident on the crock pot use but I have never cook something in the sous vide style before. I cooked NY Strip Steaks and they were delicious. The recipes that come with the device are so good.
