This hand soap is dermatologist tested and is pH balanced and contains aloe vera to be gentle on skin, leaving hands feeling soft and smooth. I have been using Dil foaming handwash for years. I used to get excema from the gel soaps. something in them did not like me. Since switching to Dial that problem has vanished. I have tried other brands of foaming soap. but I always come back to Dial. Not to mention tgat it gets my glasses spotlessly clean, even after a BBQ grease layer. The refill bottle allows use ofvthe dispenser until it dies. Then another small dispenser bottle and keep going.
