There are 2 brands of block feta, and really both are good. I buy this all the time for pasta salad, spinach quiche and just eat it outright. It's not overly salty and there are so many uses.

The feta cheese is delicious. I use this cheese in salads and for baking quiches and spinach pie. I prefer the block over the crumbles. Sometimes the crumbles tend to turn, faster than the chunk. I've bought crumbles in other stores, and have found them already turning green at the store, so I just buy the block cheese.
