Have not installed this product yet but Delta has always had a very good reputation. The thing that is the most impressive is the service I've received from Jet when I ordered this shower. Great product at a resonable price.

Purchased this product when remodeling a shower. So far we have been pleased. The instructions for the install were a bit confusing but not to the point of frustration. The separate control for temperature is a nice feature. All in all quite happy. The best feature with Delta is customer service. Any questions just call and someone will walk you through any concerns. They stand behind their product. Keep it up Delta!!!!

Bought this item as part of a collection of other Delta Lahara-series items for a complete master bath shower remodeling project. The product assembly and function is excellent as is the build quality. I really like the water shutoff valves on the valve rough-in that are accessible from outside of the wall.
