Wonderful Cat Condo
I spent a lot of time looking for the right tree/perch/condo for my cat Nala. She's a large Maine Coon (17 pounds) and I wanted something she could comfortably sleep in that was also the right height for looking out her favorite window. This fit the bill perfectly. The bed is large enough and the perfect height. Unlike a lot of others, this really will accommodate larger cats. She's not so interested in the toy that hangs under it, and she has a separate scratching post she prefers over the one on this. But, it's well worth it to have something she loves to sleep in and use to watch everything outside. Overall this was a great purchase.

My Cat LOVES It!!
This perch is perfect for my 15 pound girl. The carpet material is soft and the bed is big enough to let her spread out. The perch is sturdy, does not wobble at all. Its the perfect height for under a window to let her look out. As I am writing this she is sleeping soundly on her perch. The last perch I had she wouldn't even give it a chance. In fact, she won't even let her brother have a turn with it! I am very glad I purchased it and you can't beat the price! I will admit though....she has yet to use the scratching post. She prefers rubber flip flops or doorways. Weird, I know. But at least it's not the couch!
