This really helps me to sleep most of these pills sold my other pharmaceutical type companies only give you 25 mg and I have to take two this one gives you 50 mg and I can take one and sleep pretty good no trouble getting up in the morning either, I can wake up just fine. Has the same sleep aid as benedryl does, in the same dosage, but without all the extra allergy medicine. I use these when I don't need all that extra stuff and just need a little help to fall asleep.
