Excellent product.

This has been awesome for my daughter. She went straight from Bike with training wheels to this. We bought training wheels for this but never used them. My neighbors child has the same and has the training wheels on it and works well.

Just recently opened and charged for 24hrs. It rides but the handle bar does loosen on its own sometimes and you have to keep tightening it. It also runs for about 2 minutes then stops. It will start back but then stops or loses power again. Not sure what that is going in but will call into customer service as it says not to return to store.
