I was disappointed on delivery day when only 1/4 of my order arrived. I later spoke to a rep explaining I ordered 2 lbs. of hog casings for making sausage and was only delivered a single 8 oz. package. It took a couple days but the situation was said to be resolved and they would send me my correct order. Four days later I get my entire order and have already put some of it to good use by making 10 lbs. of Italian Sausage for the freezer. Thanks for rectifying the situation in a timely fashion.
