60-Day FurHaven Worry-Free Program Warranty The FurHaven Worry-Free Program Warranty replaces damaged product with the same make and model product (or similar if make and model are no longer available). Sixty (60) day period extends from the date of purchase. Claim must be made within the warranty period. To be eligible for replacement, product purchase must be properly registered via the FurHaven website within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The Worry-Free Program Warranty is designed as a customer service benefit to our valued customers. FurHaven reserves the sole right of determination of product eligibility of the program. Multiple requests within a one-year period that indicate possible abuse of this Worry-Free program benefit may be denied.
