Tail Top Shop did the right thing 5* Seller

The back pack had weak seams and tore in many places. The seller was 1st class and gave a full refund as they were not able to issue a replacement. Tail Top Shop recommended as they did the right thing

Not a Fake but Poor Quality

I don't believe this item is a fake but it's poorly designed and manufactured. This resulted in the backpack tearing right below the loop that one would use to carry or hang it up. I would advise against using it in that way because mine tore very quickly even though it never weighed that much when I did. However, I credit the seller for sending me a new one after the first one tore. (See my seller review.)
