Poor shipping experience.

The necklace %26 earrings I ordered were very nice.My problem stems for the delivery service. I received the earrings very promptly but it took forever for the necklace to arrive.If I had ordered it for myself, it wouldn't have been so much of a problem but I had ordered it for a gift. I ended up having to give a birthday gift 2 weeks late. I would keep getting emails that it would be arriving the next day but it never did. I don't know what the problem was but it was one delay after another.
