This smartphone includes a **Six (6) Month Limited Seller Warranty**, effective on the **order delivery date**. > > This unit is sold without manufacturer’s warranty. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions) This warranty does not apply to damage or malfunctions resulting from any of the following: 1. Accidental physical harm: cracked screen, dents, impact damage, bending, liquid intrusion, corrosion 2. Unauthorized disassembly, third-party repair, alteration, rooting, jailbreaking or firmware flashing 3. Ordinary cosmetic wear: surface scratches, scuffs, faded casing 4. Damage triggered by incompatible third-party chargers or cables 5. Lost or stolen devices, data erasure, software errors, malware or system malfunctions 6. Carrier lock limitations, cellular plan-related issues or carrier service charges 7. Accessories including charging cables, power adapters, phone cases and headsets (accessories carry zero warranty) ### 3. Warranty Remedies Once a covered hardware defect is verified by the seller’s inspection: Option A: Replacement with a comparable refurbished unit Option B: Partial or full refund (at the sole discretion of the seller) The replacement device carries forward the remaining duration of the original warranty; the warranty term will not reset. ### 4. Warranty Claim Process To submit a valid warranty claim, customers shall complete all steps below: 1. Initiate contact with the seller via Walmart Messages; 2. Supply the Order ID, device IMEI, together with clear photos and videos proving the malfunction; 3. Back up all personal data prior to shipping the device. The seller accepts no liability for lost data; 4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the device to the seller’s designated address. The seller covers outbound shipping costs after service completion. ### 5. General Provisions - This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer. - The seller reserves the right to inspect the device to confirm the cause of malfunction. - This warranty becomes null and void if any excluded condition is identified. - All warranty service requires return of the device. On-site service is not available.
