BSMAT Heated Throw Blanket, 61 x 33 Inch Wearable Electric Wrap with Soft Heating Pad, Cosy Flannel Cover for Sofa Bed Office Chair or Campervan Travel, Pink

A heated throw only works if it is easy to keep on, which is why this one is cut as a wrap rather than a flat rectangle. It settles over the shoulders and closes at the front so it stays where it is put while you read, work at a desk or watch television, and it comes off with one hand when you need to get up.

The heating pad is spread through the body of the blanket, so the warmth builds evenly instead of arriving in one hot patch. The controller sits at the front edge where it can be reached without unwrapping, and the setting can be turned down to a gentle background warmth or up for the first cold half hour of the evening. The flannel face is brushed rather than shiny, which keeps it soft against a bare arm and stops it looking like a technical pad when it is left folded on the sofa.

At about 61 x 33 inch the wrap covers the shoulders, chest and lap for an adult and folds back easily when only the shoulders need warmth. It is light enough to carry from room to room and to take in a car or a caravan, and the Pink shade sits comfortably beside both neutral and wooden furniture.

Use it on a sofa, at a home office desk, on a bed as a warm layer over a duvet, in a campervan or on a garden bench on a clear autumn evening. Folded, it takes about as much space as two jumpers, so it can live in a drawer or on a shelf beside the cushions.

Wipe or wash according to the care label with the controller removed, and dry flat away from direct heat. Do not bleach, do not dry clean and do not bunch the fabric around the connector.
