Fantastic and Sharp!

I bought these because my other knives were old and dull. Wow! What a difference! These knives are razor sharp. They have made chopping my vegetables, even the hard ones, so much easier. But be warned. They are very very sharp. I ended up with four tiny cuts the first time I used them. I still love them.
