  • One ingredient, nothing else: 100% peanut oil. No refining, no bleaching, no solvents, no preservatives, no blending. What the peanut had is what the bottle has, which is why it actually tastes like peanuts.
  • Wood pressed, slowly: Whole, cleaned peanuts are pressed in a wooden ghani at low speed, so the oil never heats up and keeps its roasted peanut aroma, golden color and nutty flavor.
  • Unfiltered by design: The oil settles by gravity and is bottled as it is. A little sediment at the bottom is the mark of a real cold pressed oil.
  • Where it shines: Medium heat stir fries and fried rice, peanut noodle sauces and satay style dips, salad dressings and marinades, roasted vegetables, and the daily tadka of Indian kitchens. Unrefined peanut oil smokes around 320 F, so keep the flame at medium and leave the deep fryer to a refined oil.
  • Fresh, small batches: Pressed in small batches in Ahmedabad, India, sealed in a BPA free PET bottle and shipped to the USA. Best before 6 months from packing. Keep cool, capped tight and away from sunlight.
