The electric scooter you purchased is warranted against defects in original materials and workmanship for 10 months from the date you actually received the scooter. Warranty coverage: Limited to parts costs required to maintain the scooter in normal operation during the warranty period. Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when inquiring about warranty matters. Please note that consumables are not covered by the warranty. Tip: The warranty covers possible failures caused by use in light rain or riding in puddles on the ground, but it should not be immersed in water for a long time or exposed to heavy rainfall. Use under these circumstances will cause the warranty to be invalid. -The following parts are only covered under normal use conditions, and human damage is not covered. -Battery: The warranty period is 6 months for battery failure, inability to charge, inability to discharge, low battery life (after full charge, the test battery life is less than 50% of the purchase time at the standard weight of 154lb / 70kg), test capacity is less than 60% of the rated capacity, and other quality problems. - Motor: Motor failure warranty is 5 months. - Controller: Controller failure warranty is 5 months. -Instrument: Instrument failure warranty is 5 months. awesome electric scooter

very durabley made nice heavy duty scooter its got a great handle bar easy to go and stop its super nice and fun to ride its also got a headlight so i can see as it gets darker. its pretty fast about 20mph. i honestly love it and I'm very happy with how well it goes and how smoothly it rides.

Fun scooter. My husband rode this he is 6'3 280lbs with him using it would not go up hill with him on it. It also didn't go past 9 miles per hour. The price isn't high-end so you can't expect it to run like one. It is fun though and my husband had a blast riding with my son.

This is a great scooter that my whole family loves! It has a powerful motor and is able to make it up our neighborhood hills. It also lasts 20 miles before it needs to charge again so great longevity. We don't usually go faster than 15 mph because that seems plenty fast, but it does go up to 20 mph. Great quality and a lot of fun to get around!
