PHORUS Limited Warranty
PHORUS warrants this ceiling fan with light to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
During the warranty period, PHORUS will, at its option, provide a replacement part, replace the product, or issue another appropriate remedy after reviewing the warranty claim. Proof of purchase, the product model, and photos or videos describing the issue may be required.
This warranty applies only to products that have been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the product instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, inadequate ceiling support, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, power surges, commercial or non-residential use, or damage caused by circumstances beyond PHORUS's reasonable control.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser in the United States. Labor charges, removal, reinstallation, and any costs not expressly covered by this warranty are not included, except where required by applicable law.
For warranty service, please contact the seller through your Walmart order and provide your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.
