This will be my go-to

It's not tapered, so don't expect a slimming fit, but the lightweight feel and comfort are really what matter. I also like that I'll be able to layer a sweatshirt underneath. The inside pockets are a nice touch, and I really like the subtle branding.

I was pleasantly surprised by

The down insulation provides warmth without making the jacket feel overly heavy or bulky, and the overall construction feels well made. One detail I particularly like is the chest pocket: the zipper has a rubberized covering that blends into the jacket so cleanly that you can barely tell a zipper is there. It is a small design feature, but it gives the jacket a particularly polished look. Overall, this feels like a comfortable, lightweight puffer with some thoughtful design details, and I have been very happy with it. Size large fits perfectly on my 5ft. 9in. frame. Very nice addition to my late fall, early winter jacket selection.
