Can't connect to 5GHz

Alright for the price. It was purchased for work. It's a nice little laptop and gets the job done after making several tweaks. Cannot use it on Wi-Fi because it's too slow. We had to connect it via Ethernet. It will not connect to Wi-Fi via 5GHz. Will only do 2.4. We tried different routers and several other methods.
